I love neutral color eyeshadows and I'm very happy with my W7 Golden Eyes Palette.
This brand is a UK drugstore brand, I got this around US$10 incl. shipping. Which is pretty good deal for 9 colors of eyeshadow.
The consistency of these eyeshadow is silky and smooth, very easy to apply and quite pigmented and can build up the color for more intense look.
