Review : This product does not deliver what the package says. It is not waterproof, not smudge proof. The only good thing is the slim tip applicator.
If you are looking for non waterproof liner this would be good for you.
My eyelid is hidden inside so it is impossible to use non waterproof, because the minute I close / blink my eyes, it will smudge.
